Velveeta cheese

Rotel

jalapeno

Instructions
1. Cook vegan ground meat per package instructions. Use a spatula to separate chunks into crumbles. Set aside.
2. Pico de gallo: Chop tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro and add to a bowl. Squeeze in one lime then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add milk to a pot on low heat. Once the milk is warm add the cheese cubes. Stir every few minutes to prevent burning.
4. Once cheese has melted, mix in the cooked vegan ground and rotel. Stir until mixture is warm.
5. Plate with chips, cheese mixture and pico.
